HYTORC will accept returns as a customer accommodation under the following conditions:
1.A customer request for a RA is required within 30 days of the billing invoice date.
2.Product must be returned within 30 days of the RA date for Domestic Customers and 60 days for International customers.
3.Customer will receive credit only for product included on the RA and in sellable condition.
4.Customer pays all freight charges.
5.HYTORC will not accept returns on special order, non-stocking, made to order, or cancelation of third party customer orders.

HYTORC will accept returns due to a product quality issue under the following conditions:
1.Customer notifies HYTORC of a quality issue and HYTORC will initiate NCR.
2.HYTORC will issue a RA to return the item. HYTORC will issue a credit memo following receipt of the defective item. (If replacement product is requested, HYTORC will invoice for the new shipment and issue credit upon receipt of defective product.) Return of defective product by International customers will be at the discretion of HYTORC personnel based on product value and freight cost for return.
3.HYTORC pays all freight.
4.If it is determined that the product was misused, or deemed not defective upon inspection, customer can be charged back freight cost.
